The people who make the game say that this is, in fact, an RPG, but I am no so sure I would agree with that 100 percent. Hopefully that won’t take another 3 months, but yeah. The different Monster Girls that you encounter will perform different sex acts so there is a lot of variety here. It is better than just looking at still images so I can see why people like this. They move pretty smoothly and while they are not the most in-depth or over, he top animations.
While I do not understand the text, I certainly understand what I am seeing! One of the things that I feel makes Monster Girl Labyrinth so popular is the way all of the sex scenes are animated. That is the basics of the story, I managed to get through a huge part of the game without really knowing what is going on, but the description that they give for the game does sound rather intriguing.
